Tall Ships come to SF

This is an annual event - for about a week in August, dozens of unique, antique 'tall ships' sail into SF Bay and dock for scores of landlubbers to climb aboard and check them out.  This was my second season sailing on the Bay, and I was definately bit by the bug - I totally got into this fest.  A friend got us tickets for a sunset sail on a 85' schooner, which was a real treat.  This is looking up the mast on that ship. See that rope ladder? I'm not sure I'd be going up there....
