Howard, squared

Mr. Howard was apparently a pretty big shot around SF, back in the day. Got a street named after him, and down along the Embarcadero waterfront, a couple of sidewalk embeds - no Mann's Theatre level fame, sure, but nothing to sneeze at, either.
